- Once your file is complete, you'll receive a binding offer from us within two weeks. You must return this signed offer within one week.
- Make sure that the loan is transferred within 8 weeks of signing the binding offer at the notary.
Please note: if there are changes such as different borrowers, an adjusted principal amount, a different number of collateral, or a different fixed-interest period, or if the timelines are not met, we will issue a new indicative offer.
