For commercial real estate and dependent homes, a surcharge of 0.25% applies. If you choose the active investor option, a surcharge of 0.20% applies. At Build, you can fix the interest rate early on with an Indicative Offer. This way, the fixed interest rate remains valid until you go to the notary.

Yes, that's possible! With an Indicative Offer from Build, you're protected against rising interest rates.

These are the conditions and timelines we expect from you.

  • Please return the signed Indicative Offer to us within 1 week.
  • Please submit all requested documents within 5 weeks of signing the Indicative Offer.
  • If the file is complete, you will receive a Binding Offer from us within 2 weeks, and return it to us within 1 week.
  • Make sure that the loan is transferred to the notary within 8 weeks of signing the Binding Offer.

Please note: in the event of changes such as an adjusted principal amount, different collateral, or if the timelines are not met, we will issue a new Indicative Offer.

Yes, that's possible. However, with certain changes—such as different borrowers, a modified principal amount, a different number of collateral, or a different fixed-rate period—you'll receive a new Indicative Offer from us with the then-current interest rate.
