For commercial real estate and non-independent housing units, an additional charge of 0.25% applies. If you opt for the active investor option, a surcharge of 0.20% is applied. At Build, you can secure the interest rate at an early stage through an indicative offer, ensuring the agreed rate remains valid until the transaction is finalized at the notary.

Frequently asked questions about our interest rates

Yes, you can! With an indicative offer from Build, you are protected against rising interest rates.

The following conditions and timelines apply.

  • Return the signed indicative offer within 1 week.
  • Submit all required documents within 5 weeks after signing the indicative offer.
  • Once the file is complete, you will receive a binding offer from us within 2 weeks, which must be returned within 1 week.
  • Ensure that the loan is finalized by the notary within 8 weeks of signing the binding offer.

Important: If there are changes such as an adjusted loan amount, different collateral, or if the timelines are not met, we will issue a new indicative offer. 

Depending on specific conditions, surcharges may apply to the interest rates.
Yes, you can. However, for certain changes—such as different borrowers, a revised loan amount, a different number of collateral properties, or a new fixed-rate period—a new Indicative Offer will be issued based on the prevailing interest rate at that time.
