Submit your documents
Once you’ve accepted our Indicative Offer, it’s time to submit the required documents. You can easily upload them via our secure portal.

Customer and credit assessment
Once we've received all your documents and the valuation report, the most exciting part begins: the review phase. We naturally expect a positive outcome. In that case, you'll receive our Binding Offer within 14 days, so you can proceed to the notary.

Off to the notary!
After signing the Binding Offer, there is only one step left: your signature at the notary.
