How we finance real estate

  • Maximum financing

    With our convenient calculation tool, you can easily determine the maximum financing available for each type of real estate. Alternatively, you can contact us, and we will calculate it for you.

  • Request indicative offer

    Does your calculation align with your financing needs? Then the next step is for us to prepare an Indicative Offer for you. This offer includes our financing proposal and a list of required documents for processing your request. By signing our offer, you lock in the interest rate for six weeks.

  • Submitting documents

    If you agree with our Indicative Offer, it's time to submit all necessary documents. You can conveniently upload them to our secure portal.

  • Customer and Credit Assessment

    Once we have received all your documents and the valuation report, the most exciting moment starts: the control phase. We naturally assume a positive result. In that case you will receive our binding offer within 14 days, so that you can continue to the notary.

  • On to the notary!

    After signing the binding offer, there is only one step: your signature at the notary.
