Submit your documents
Once you’ve accepted our Indicative Offer, it’s time to submit the required documents. You can easily upload them via our secure portal.

Client and credit assessment
s soon as we’ve received all your documents and the valuation report, the review phase begins—arguably the most exciting part of the process. Naturally, we aim for a positive outcome. If all is in order, you’ll receive our Binding Offer within 14 days, allowing you to proceed to the notary.

Final step: the notary
After signing the Binding Offer, there’s just one final step left: your signature at the notary’s office.
