How long have you been working for Build Finance?
I've been working here since June 2022. While I was working on my graduation project, I was exploring which sector within economics would be the best fit for me. After a few interviews with recruitment agencies—which didn't yield any results—I ended up at Build Finance through a colleague at Care-IS. My interest in financing and my desire to truly learn something new within this field were the deciding factors
Which properties are useful here?
"Every workday is different. I always have to be alert and able to adapt quickly. It helps that I'm proactive, organized, and good at time management."
What are you working on at the moment?
"In addition to my daily work, I try to develop myself within the credit and construction aspects of real estate financing. To further develop this, I take external training courses after work.
What gives you energy or makes you proud?
"I'm proud that I started here as someone who wanted to learn something practical about financing and that I've grown personally and with the company. I'm now a key member of the commercial team."
What is your favorite hobby?
After work, you can find me at various sports facilities, like the gym, the swimming pool, or the local football club. On weekends, I go to Volendam for a few drinks on the dike
