How long have you been working for Build Finance?
"I have been working here since June 2022. While graduating, I was orientation which branch within the economy is best suited to me. After a few conversations with recruitment companies-that did not deliver anything-I ended up through a colleague of Care-IS at Build Finance. My interest in the financing and the will to really learn something within this field gave the tribute."
What characteristics come in handy here?
"Every working day is different. I always have to be sharp and often be able to switch quickly. It helps me to be a proactive person, ordered work and I am good in time management."
What are you doing right now?
"In addition to my daily activities, I try to develop myself within the credit technical and architectural aspects of a real estate financing. To get this going further, I follow external training after working hours.
What do you get energy from or are you proud of?
"I am proud of the fact that I started here as someone who wanted to learn something in practice about financing and that I have grown personally and with the company. I am now an important link within the commercial team."
What is your favorite leisure activities?
"After working hours I can be found on various sports grounds, such as the gym, the swimming pool or the local football club. During the weekend I will get a few drinks with my friends in Volendam on the dike."
