Risk & Compliance Officer

Are you comfortable with risk and compliance and eager to delve into the world of financing and real estate investors? As a relatively small but rapidly growing company, we offer a work environment where you'll be given significant responsibility and can take on a wide range of tasks. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in risk and compliance in lending:

Advising on and assessing integrity issues surrounding real estate investors.
Drafting and periodically updating policy frameworks, charters and process descriptions.
Organizing 'Risk Control Self Assessments' on processes, integrity and cybersecurity.
Performing checks from the Compliance Monitoring Program.
Coordinating the collection of evidence for audits.
Organizing awareness sessions regarding legislation and regulations.
