Risk & Compliance Officer

As a relatively small but fast -growing company, we offer a working environment in which you get a lot of responsibility and can take on a wide range of tasks. In this position you get the chance to play a key role in the field of risk & compliance in lending:

Advising on and assessing integrity issues around real estate investors
Drawing up and periodically updating policy frameworks, charters and process descriptions
Organizing 'Risk Control Self Assessments' on processes, integrity and cyber security
Performing checks from the compliance monitoring program
Coordinate the collection of evidence for audits
Organizing awareness sessions TAV laws and regulations
