Background of Build

Build was founded in 2020 by three professionals with extensive experience in the financial sector and the real estate market. "On the one hand, we saw that financing real estate through major banks was becoming increasingly difficult due to increasing legislation and regulations, rising capital requirements, and the need for efficiency. We also saw that institutional investors were increasingly searching for returns, and that asset managers were actively responding to low and sometimes even negative interest rates on loans."
