How Build originated

Build was founded in 2020 by three professionals, who had more than earned their spurs in the financial industry and the real estate market. "On the one hand, we saw that the financing of real estate is becoming increasingly difficult due to the major banks under pressure from increasing laws and regulations, rising capital requirements and desired efficiency. We also see that institutional investors are increasingly looking for returns and that power managers are actively reacting to low and sometimes negative credit rates."
