Interested in our real estate financing? Fix your interest rate with an Indicative Offer. An Indicative Offer includes a comprehensive financing proposal and an overview of the documents we need to process your application. By signing, you fix your interest rate for six weeks.
After your Indicative Offer

Submit your documents
Once you’ve accepted our Indicative Offer, it’s time to submit the required documents. You can easily upload them via our secure portal.

Customer and credit assessment
Once we've received all your documents and the valuation report, the most exciting part begins: the review phase. We naturally expect a positive outcome. In that case, you'll receive our Binding Offer within 14 days, so you can proceed to the notary.

Off to the notary!
After signing the Binding Offer, there is only one step left: your signature at the notary.
Frequently asked questions about an Indicative Offer
With our real estate financing, you can choose a fixed-interest rate period of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, or 10 years. Our financing options have a term of 15 years.
