This is the first Build Market Update to focus on the Dutch buy-to-let market. In this Market Update, we examine trends in house prices, rents, housing shortages, the buy-to-let market, political insights, and interest rate developments. 

It's been hard to miss that house prices are still rising, though we're seeing a slight slowdown as interest rates slowly rise. The government's plans to address the housing shortage are overly optimistic; they're unlikely to be achieved. Read the full Build Market Update 2022-I here.
