This is the first Build Market Update that zooms on the Dutch buy-to-long market. In this Market Update we consider the development of: home prices, rental prices, housing shortages, the buy-to-let market, political insights and interest-lodging. 

Nobody has missed that house prices are still rising, but we see that it is decreasing something because the interest rates are slowly increasing. The plans made by the government to combat the house shortage are too optimistic; It is unlikely that they will be taken. Read the full Build Market Update 2022-I here.
