Build Finance will start this week with the Belgian Medirect Bank as the second investor behind the rental mortgage for professional real estate investors. With the arrival of Medirect Bank as an investor, Build strengthens its proposition as the alternative to (re) financing of Dutch rental properties.
After Build's market introduction in the spring of 2021, Build has been processing for more than one billion euros in new financing applications. This substantial amount of applications proves that Build has tapped a market segment where - in addition to the established order - there is also a real need for alternative financiers.
In the past period, Build has built up a relationship with specialized intermediaries who now know how to find Build. In combination with the recently improved interest rate policy, Build now offers sharper interest rates and security for real estate investors in times of interest rates. The interest in the indicative offer, for example, also applies under certain conditions if the loan passes by the notary. In addition, the proposition is further optimized with a maximum repayment -free part of 65%. Build offers applicants and intermediaries mainly service with the application, so that they receive an indicative offer within 48 hours and can pass the loan quickly.
Through the collaboration with Medirect Bank as an investor, Build makes a big step in the financing space and possibilities for the coming years. For Medirect Bank, the cooperation is part of the bank's strategy to diversify its loan portfolio.
